★★★★★
“We were nervous about cost overruns. There were none. They finished a week early. The trim work alone is better than the original house.”

Common questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

What does a kitchen renovation actually cost in the GTA?+
Real numbers: a refresh (cabinets repainted, new countertops, new fixtures) is typically $25K-$45K. A full gut renovation with new cabinetry, tile, and appliances ranges $60K-$140K depending on size and finish. We give you a written range after the first visit, not after we’ve already started.
How long does a typical project take?+
A bathroom is usually 3-5 weeks. A kitchen 5-8 weeks. A legal basement suite 8-12 weeks. A whole-home renovation 12-20 weeks. Weather, permits, and finish selections move these, and we’ll tell you exactly where you stand every Friday.
Do you handle permits and inspections?+
Yes. For anything structural, electrical, plumbing, or basement legalization, we manage the permit process with the municipality and book inspections. You don’t chase the city. We do.
Will the same team be on my site every day?+
Yes. You’ll meet your project lead before the contract is signed and they’ll be on-site daily through the build. Our trusted sub-trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are people we’ve worked with for years.
What happens if something goes wrong after the project is finished?+
Workmanship is warrantied for two years. If something we installed fails: a tile cracks, a cabinet door sags, a paint line bleeds. We come back and fix it. No invoice, no argument.
Can you work within my budget?+
If your budget is realistic for the scope, yes. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you on the first visit, and suggest what to phase, what to swap, or what to wait on. Whatever the size of the job, we’ll find the right way to do it properly.
